Honorary Consul Bernhard Jürgen Bleise

Consul Bleise, born in Bremerhaven, Germany, studied law at the Universities Gottingen and Bremen in Germany. In 1979, he founded the law firm of Bleise & Matthes in Bremerhaven, where he practiced international and commercial law. In 1988, he moved to Denver to join the law firm Rossi & Judd, P.C and study law at the University of Denver. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1991. In 1992, he established his own law firm in Denver, where he represents privately- and publicly-held European companies and individuals doing business in the United States. He also advises United States clients concerning their operations, investments, and transactions abroad. He was appointed Honorary Council of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2002.
